As a reminder, swimmers MUST check-in with the coaches by 6:45 am to swim at meets. Otherwise, they will be scratched. Volunteers must check-in with Maria by 7:00 am (6:00 am for set-up shifts). If you have not signed up for a volunteer shift, please do so right away!
