Returning Families — Early Registration
VFCAL Champions Return!
Early Registration opens Saturday, February 7, 2026
Returning families may be eligible to register early to ensure their spot for the season.
Am I eligible?
If your swimmer participated in the prior season, all required Parent Participation job hours were completed, AND you attended VFCAL Champs, then you’re eligible for early registration.
What if my Parent Participation check was cashed?
You must have completed all Parent Participation job hours to be eligible for early registration. We recognize that some families have scheduling challenges. However, parent participation is essential to running meets safely, accurately, and on time. For this reason, the PPC has chosen to offer early registration only to families who completed their required hours—family involvement is what keeps our program running strong.
How do I register early?
Step 1: Download and complete the registration form (signature required)

- Print your completed forms
- Visit the CRPD Office
- Hagan Community Center
- 2197 Chase Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
- Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Pay your fees and submit your hard-copy form
📞 By Phone (starting February 10)
- Call 916-369-9844 (Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm)
- Ask for Collin Kehoe
- Let them know you are calling for Blue Marlins Early Registration
- Email your completed form as instructed
Step 2: Complete the CBM Team Registration on this website.
To complete the Swimtopia registration, you will be required to provide the receipt number from CRPD! Look for the email from CRPD with your receipt.
Step 3: Submit the Parent Participation deposit via Square using the credit card authorization emailed to you after team registration is complete
Early Registration runs Saturday, February 7 – Friday, March 6
Early registration is only available in person or by phone (starting February 10) to allow for eligibility verification.
New Swimmer in a Returning Family?
If you are a returning family with a new swimmer, a swim test is required before registration is complete.

New Family Registration opens Saturday, March 7, 2026
Online registration opens at 8:00am on the Cordova Recreation & Park District website
✔️ To be ready:
- Download and complete all required forms in advance
- Email completed forms to or deliver them in person to the Hagan Community Center as soon as registration opens
⚠️ Important:
Families who have not:
- Completed registration
- Paid all fees
- Submitted required forms
- Delivered the Parent Participation deposit
before the first practice will not be allowed to participate. Incomplete registrations may result in swimmers being removed from the roster.
🏊 New swimmers: A swim test is required before registration is complete

The 2026 season runs from Monday, April 27 - Saturday, July 18, 2026.
